Can't do Riksis Devil Archon Bounty

I really want to do this bounty but whenever I try to do the mission he's on it takes me to patrol. What can I do?

You're sure you're choosing restoration and not patrol? Patrol is the green arrow compass icon. Also remember that you start the mission in the same area you start it in on patrol.
