Actual source of contact and accountability for help rather then forums/Petition to have an actual help contact page

I am presently disappointed with Bungie inability to provide real contact interaction with their customers about issues. I am not saying that I do not love this game as I am quite enjoying the experience, but my issue is about Bungie's lack of accountability in communicating with its customers. Other companies create help network for their products where customers can email or call and will get ticket codes allowing them to know that an individual is or will be contacting them about their questions and issues. Forums do not do this instead they allow a company to ignore an issue until it becomes far to big to ignore. I am asking others to post here to show Bungie that they want actual interactive support for issues that arise and to not be ignored and locked out of their game and then to be forced to problem solve based off of confusing codes that are sent to them at the point of block. I hope Bungie replies to this post rather then ignoring it. Speak up and let Bungie know that you want accountability for their products and to their gamers about issue resolution

 • Hi KhNeally, just wanted to chime in on your discussion here. First off, I'd highly suggest for anyone looking to get help to take a look at these general guidelines that will assist in getting the issue solved faster. Generic statements such as "my game client won't start" doesn't tell anyone a whole lot with what is going on. If we know, 1. What console you're on. 2. What text/error code prompts. 3. What you have tried so far. 4. Have you looked at help.bungie.net? 5. Widely known issues are always addressed @BungieHelp on twitter. These simple steps helps isolate the issue. Yesterday, bungie.net was also updated so that on #Help, you can view threads if a Moderator (Ninja/Mentor) has posted in a thread as well as Bungie Employees. Issues related to in game tokens, content downloads can be reviewed and forwarded at Activision Destiny Support. These are a few outlets that folks are resolving issues through. Please don't take Bungie "not responding directly" as them ignoring your feedback. Issues arise and there are dedicated teams to resolving issue. All that's asked is to provide as much information as possible about said issue to get the issue resolved quickly.
