Edited by baldbean: 10/1/2014 6:01:14 PMThis gun gives me nightmares in PvP and kind of makes it not fun to play especially when 4 of the 6 people have one on the other team. So much so when I get hit I just stand there because it kills mega fast. Try using a Scout rifle?

They really should let you choose to take off perks. I cant think of any reason as to why they shouldnt.
-
You demolish in pvp with that upgrade though
-
Use grim citizen III, that's what I'm using now and it by far the best AR for me but I haven't been lucky enough to get the exotic yet.
-
I just saw some guy who went 3 for 28 on control get a legendary engram and a suros regime while i was mvp with ten flag caps and second most kills get nothing lol
-
Not all exotics and legendaries have the same attributes. You bought it like that, you're stuck with it like that... If you want a higher rate of fire you should have gotten a different gun, like Doctor Nope, but you won't be doing 200 damage a hit either... I bought it because it's exactly like I like my auto rifles, slow and hard hitting... Sounds like you made a bad purchase, didn't read the label correctly, sorry for your luck dude, lesson learned, eh? Lol
-
I suggest just using it more. you will get used to it. the key is you have to actually be accurate in your shooting. if you get good at head shots it is an insane perk to have on a gun in pvp. the accuracy at medium to long range is nasty.
-
Just like it for what it is. If you don't like that upgrade suros is not for you. I recommend the vanquisher. High rof and 97% stability with higher range. This will also clear a slot for you to have a special or heavy exotic.
-
Trade it between characters, it resets skills
-
I think it's pretty versatile myself after getting more predictable recoil your hipfire should work good close quarters while still firing fast and then when aiming you get mid/long range pot shots.
-
I love have everyone and there brother has a suros now , good job bungie for putting the best assault rifle in the game into everyone's hands , that shit is exotic for a reason but hey let's all look the same :) #bungiefail
-
To each their own but im loving it in pvp. 3-4 shots to the dome and gg. Its like an automatic scout rifle without the ridiculous zoom and has decent recoil. Big fan pvp and pve.
-
Try using it with the stagger buff. It actually makes sense.
-
if you don't use this upgrade it's just another cydonia AR, just pick up that and use it, ''exotic'' doesn't mean much in pvp honestly except for the weapon's runes
-
You can turn it off its called hip fire
-
Adapt/overcome/win
-
You have the best AR but you can't handle it and PVP is gonna be less fun? Lol. I can be done with forums today nothing will top this
-
That gun is amazing in pvp, especially with focus fire. The only thing I didn't like using it for was the raid.
-
The only thing the suros regime needs is a huge nerf. It takes less shots to kill than a scout rifle and is full auto. Sometimes I wonder if Bungie ever played their own game, with things being as unbalanced as they currently are.
-
Don't aim down the sights and you'll have normal rate of fire. Stop being such a child.
-
Only if they de-nerf ARs

Edited by SkyCake: 10/1/2014 3:13:04 PMMy shadow price is better than my suros stat wise at the moment, but the damage is not even comparable in pvp. Suros head shots are brutal.
-
If you are salty about the rof then don't use it, honestly the only purpose of the regime is for that upgrade. Go back to using a grim citizen or shingen or Galahad.
-
why would you turn it off? the bonus damage outweighs the slightly decreased rate of fire. it's stupid easy to kill with this gun in crucible
-
That upgrade is sweat, a bit awkward to get use to but some much more efficient then mass amounts of ammo going down the drain
-
It's not that bad, in a 1v1 it's a Headshot monster and at shot gun range you can hip fire with no penalty to damage. The impact rounds, bottom half of clip damage bonus and health returned make it really useful. The range bonus under the impact round bonus is worthless.
