This is a known issue. The mobiles apps have not yet been updated to accomodate the updates that went live today on the website/servers, so there may be a few small glitches such as this. The Grimoire and associated bonuses received a significant facelift on web, however. If you want to see your accurate bonus progression I would suggest checking it out.
