Sometimes when I damage an enemy, a portion if not all it's HP regenerates. And I'm not talking about Hobgoblins when they activate their shield (still can't tell if that's supposed to happen). I've thrown a grenade at an enemy brought down its shield to 10% and before I can put another bullet on it (no, I didn't wait 5 seconds for it to recover) it bumps straight back to full. Anyone else getting this?

I've had this bug on the raid at the final boss when you get teleported. It's only with the minotaurs though.

I've seen what was possibly a 20% regen but not a full restore of health
