Considering there is still third-subclass spot and that Bungie has alluded to the third class being made in the future...I propose that the Titan and the Warlock receive a more aggressive super whereas the hunter gets a more support based sub-class
Currently the Hunter has two aggressive sub-classes that are both the most dominant in PvP in regards to supers alone...they have the highest kill potential and offer the most reward with little drawback...but in PvE, specifically the Raid, they have little helpfulness and utility other than going invisible and are rather expendable as a necessary raid class/member...They should get a more support based Void class
The Warlock and Titan should recieve more aggressive supers with their corresponding Arc and Solar classes that they've yet to receive... prefferably something with a high kill potential such as the blade-dancer rather than a simple one shot AoE like the Fists of Havoc and Nova Blast...as it stands the blade-dancer has the highest kill output of any super in PvP and allows it to shine amongst other supers...
If you would like a more aggressive sub-class for the Titan and Warlock please post/sign here and Thank You ^-^
Edit: The amount of people feeling that I'm atagonizing any class is completely off...I love all the classes and their current sub-classes...I'm merely giving my opinion on what would be a nice addition to all classes...if you feel offended I apologize but I don't see how anyone could be offended by the OP...

I do think that hunters should get a defensive void subclass. I don't know what it would be, but it would be nice to have it. If anything, it could be something like a mark of death where what ever he damages takes 50% extra damage from all sources for 5 seconds after he hits them. That would make at least one hunter a necessity for raids, but it would be not quite as good in PvP.
