Disbanding A Group

So I created a group I want to disband it(I joined another as my official clan). Anyone know how I can disband or cancel it? It is me and one of my friends currently.

The group should be disbanded as soon as all people leave it. Though when I left my first group the group didn't disappear from my list for a little while
