I keep getting the Marionberry error code and I've contacted xbox live support many times. I've tried opening the ports and I've power cycled everything. It's still not working. There is nothing wrong with my network at all, it runs fine, so what is the problem? this is so frustrating because there is nothing I can do. Sometimes I think the problem is where I live, but that shouldn't have an affect.
