After reading about the supposed employee on Reddit speaking about why Destiny has its issues, and then reading Deej's reply to it, I could only think of one thing that I wanted most to end my confusion on the matter: the truth
I feel like it would be safer for Activision and Bungie to simply admit the issues and mistakes that were made than to have a majority of the gaming community just resort to spreading rumors and feeding a wildfire of hate. I'm not the type of gamer to say that we DESERVE anything from these companies. However, I do think that as companies that have shown that they care about their customers, they would put a stop to the rumors and just let us know what has happened. It is extremely obvious that this game isn't done. Whether content was cut for DLC or because of issues within the company, it doesn't matter. But leaving unanswered questions and rumors just floating about is not the right thing to do. I have no doubt that Bungie is doing their very best to make this game amazing for all of us. They have certainly made a game that I will play for years to come. But for now however, I am just curious about what actually happened and what the true intention for this game is.
What do you guys think of this?
Do you care? Not care? Let the community know.
Do you have any ideas about what happened? Maybe this is exactly what they intended...or maybe not? I've read a lot of interesting theories about what the true story of Destiny was intended to be and I'm curious to hear what you guys think!
