What faction is right for me?
I am a lvl 18 titan who plans on using both subclasses depending on the stituation I'm in. I also plan on doing both PvE and PvP. If possible, I'd like it if it could apply to the other classes as well, since I plan on doing the same thing.

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to focus on any paticluar stat but instead have a good chunk of points in all stats if that helps.
