Xur weekly rest for coins?
What if instead of buying an exotic you could buy a weekly reset for 25 coins that reset your progress on the nightfall and vault of glass. This way you have another chance at earning rewards instead of straight out buying what everyone else is. Maybe even reset your faction mark limit. Good idea or fail?

1 ReplyWhile i like the idea I think it would take a while to implement properly, eg at your cost of 25 coins for the reset on both the nightfall and vault of glass you will end up with a good number of items/mats to upgrade legendaries (I wont put a value or else people will argue over the value no matter what it is). Currently for 25 coins you can get at most one exotic item which, from what i've read, would give you about 3 mats for upgrading, so either 1 item or 3 mats from xur directly or an amount of legendaries/mats that will exceed the value of buying from xur essiently making him selling gear usless in most cases. So ya nice idea for something else to spend coins on when you dont want to buy his exotics anymore but i think a higher cost would be necessary for a concept like this
