I've been hearing from other people about how whenever you complete a public event you can get ascendant materials. The only thing I've encountered so far is what the postmaster gives me for the completion once a day. However people I play with constantly have almost always received an ascendant material as soon as the public event is done. I have yet to get one in the two weeks of playing. I'm assuming it's a incredibly long streak of bad luck but I was wondering if anyone else has come across this same problem as well.
