  • I have posted every day since my warlock disapeared two weeks ago i lost all my rep 9 exotics and 14 legendaries and i just want to know if anyone is even looking into this, but after countless posts still noone listens. This leads me to believe there is no support. THANKS Bungie......

  • I am very unhappy I am a huge bungie fan and I am still randomly getting disconnected from xbox love and receive caterpillar error every 5 mins plz bungie stop -blam!-ing around already I wanna enjoy this game for more then 15 mins at a time or I'm afraid u will have lost a customer

  • I think "Customer Service" Is the new joke around here. This is the worst method of Customer Support that I've ever seen. The worst thing of all, like DrunkenBankai said, the complete lack of even the simplest acknowledgement is the worst part about it all. If I had seen even one official statement from Activision/Bungie saying, "We know there's a problem; we're looking into it." I'd be more patient and almost completely void of being upset.I know it's a new game, I know there's often server related errors when MMO's come out, but it's ridiculous to not acknowledge the issues. And then, to top it off, they're releasing new content, some of it time sensitive, and there's thousands and thousands of players who STILL can't log in. Are we going to completely miss the events and our chances at rewards when we've worked so hard to get our level 25s and 26s ready for it? You got your money already, Activision/Bungie. You have our wallets in your hand and now you're just laughing at us.It's time to put on your big boy pants and acknowledge the problems and start getting them fixed. You're better than this.... or are you?

    • Customer Service!?! What Customer Service are you referring to? All Bungie has done for me is take my money. And I can totally understand why they don't have a "support line"... It would be a huge drain on their revenue stream. (A fact that I'm sure Activision has made clear to them.) Plus its so much easier to ignore people and pass out the "Pat Answers" on a Forum. And it doesn't reflect as poorly as when a company fails to reply to most Customer Service Requests in less than 72-96 hours via email. Clearly this is a win / win situation for them. For us... not so much!

      • As a software architect myself, and someone who has managed extremely high traffic infrastructure, I definitely understand the challenges involved and I think they are doing their best to resolve issues, and have already solved some of the problems that caused the highest amount of trouble reports. However, I think they could benefit from being much more transparent about the problems that are being reported, and what they are doing to resolve them. They would also benefit from an official issue tracking system. Using forums to take trouble reports and try to figure out what's going wrong, is highly inefficient. They really need an official ticketing system, so each user can provide details of the problems they are experiencing, and ticketing agents/monitors can associate similar issues with each other and when a fix that addresses those specific issues is rolled out, people who's tickets are related to that issue, can be notified. With the ability to view your ticket, respond to questions about it, and see related tickets, at least users would feel more comfortable.

        • Destructoid posted a great article exactly about this. They put out an always online game, without the proper support structure. It's frustrating. I love the game and way to play it more but all these errors just won't let me. A waste of my hard earned money if I can't play it :(

        • There is no way to talk to CS I've had problems with Destiny from beta testing through today but for some reason I continue to play I've spent hours on hold trying to get help mad to many forum post to count been on Twitter Facebook every form of communication possible and not had a response

        • Every other forum I am on has a support section along with a way to make a support ticket for problems players encounter, Bungie needs the same along with making their forums a little easier to use. As it stands right now they are more like a poorly done twitter page.

          • Bungie should contact playonline services. I played FFXI for years and it was great. No problems at all. Pc, ps2, and xbox users all playing the same game together on the same server. Why can't this game be like that? Some of my friends play on playstation and i have 360 so i can't play with my friends.

              • Hey bungie, whatever you did in the last update to fix centipede worked, so thanks. However, I now get the zebra error more frequently than I ever got centipede....help please? Love what you're trying to do with destiny, but I can't get the full experience if each of my sessions only last 10 minutes, if that, before getting kicked off. I'm on Xbox one, and come November I might have to switch to your older games with the MC collection if you don't step it up. Thanks

                Ok I don't know who to talk to or where to post but I bought an extra ps3 and destiny game to play with my daughter. Only one can be hooked up directly to router and other is wireless. My daughter refuses to log in and get dropped before she finishes a launch. I posted this sept 22 showing all the stupid fixes that I spent hours I mean 3 for 4 hours researching for 4 or 5 nights in a row adding fix after possible fix. Each fix taking a few hours to preform becasue Im stupid lol. Stupid to waste my time I suppose. I build computers to play games on my PC , but never have I had such a problem getting a game to act correctly. Mind you this is all a wireless problem.... and for only the Destiny game. All other games play fine with normal drops ever few hours etc via wirelss play. My daughter has went back to Blk Ops 2 becsuye Destiny is unplayable for her wireless. WHY do I have to try and fix a game that I paided for??? anyway thx to all those that added all these possible fixes posted sept 22 somewhere on furums to no help. I hope my spelling and sentence syntax are not to poor. I was tired fed up and pissed off and probably didn't give a crap about spell checking and such to much. Yes I have 2 ps3 on my router one is plugged directly in and one is wireless. I get booted once an hour or so with the plugged in one and on the wireless sometimes I can play only 5 minutes. My daughter is on the wireless and has went back to playing Black Ops 2. I have added port forwarding and set her up on the DMZ and added open ports to ,tcp and UPD of 'INBOUND and Outbound of 29, 50, 69, 80, 81, 443, 3074, 3478, 3479, 3480, 5223, 7500-17899, 30000-40399. These are several i have found for this game for ps3 so I added them all together and used for both in and out for TCP and UDP. copy paste instead of typing each out. I have to say this is RIDICULOUS! I havebspent 3 separate days reading and searching on the internet for 4 to 5 hours. Then several hours trying to figure out how not to screw up my computer and router for this ONE dam game by implementing all this crap. That ATM dose not seem to give an extra minute on the wireless ps3 setup before being booted out of game. She cant even complete and easy patrol mission before being booted. Most of the time she cant even finish the launch to the zone and is booted to relaunch four or five times before she cant play for 5 minutes. I mean what the crap is this. I waited after prepurchasing for what 8 months. Bought another ps3 and another Destiny game ... so I can let my daughter show me up on this game, I cant even give her the satisfaction lol due to her dropping so much. I'm not happy about not being able to use the mouse keyboard. Us old timers cant use them stupid controllers. Its why we stick to PC. I'm trying to use it but get owned in pvp due to arthritis. ok so that is a lie I'm just sucky with the controller but I'm learning . Bungie get this figured out pls. And if not BTW whats the return policy so I can recoup my 140$ from the 2 games. becuase as I started off this is Ridiculous ..where is Rod Dydrak and Chynal West Coast when yea need them .. say it!!! RIDICULOUSNESS!!!!!! pls pardon the typos I tried to fix them. btw I use an old Fatboy 40 gig on plug in and it works so so before it heats up. Got a fan on it now so it wont meltdown. The Fatboy dropped alot too then the newer slim at like 150 gig drops horribly too on wireless. Plug in directly to modem is best but crap whats the deal with wireless. Shortly after this post I bought another ps3 ( my second and third in one month) and retired the fatboy, but I still have a wireless problem no matter what system I use with Destiny only and I love the game and don't want a refund..... I just wish I could play with my daughter.
