EMGRAMS SUCK
The past 15 legendary armor and weapon engrams I have traded in have all been blue items
This is absolutely ridiculous because of the fact of all my "hard work" and how bungie wants you to keep working
It seems very ridiculous that bungie tells me to work hard for my gear when i go 36-4 in crucible and get nothing while mr. 0.86 KD gets coins.
This engram decoding percentage system is absolutely ridiculous. A friend of mine owns 8 exotic items and several of which have came from purple engrams.
The fact of the matter is the loot system has me absolutely fed up to the point where I consider telling people not to play because it's impossible to get anything good
Day after day doing strikes and such and still no loot worth while.
I love finding these engrams and just getting continuously screwed
Now you "internet trolls" will say "no this is what keeps you playing the game", you know what else will keep me playing the game? GETTING SOME NICE LEGENDARY OR EXOTIC GEAR FROM AN ENGRAM AND LEVELING IT UP
Simply just fed up with the fact that I'm getting nothing for all of my hard work while others simply waltz in and get a cake walk

3 RepliesLol hard work you say? Tell me what's so hard about playing the game. If you don't get a legendary just keep playing till you do. Most of it is random so there's not any "hard work" involved.

HOWEVER, if you have ever played any mmo or loot style game then at least you understand that if they gave everyone awesome decryptions all the time or even 1/4 the time, then everyone in the game would all have good shit and it wouldn't be as awesome to get your character to level 28+. With all the people that cave farm and all that shit they have to make the turn over rate for legendary items extremely low

Completely agree. I'm always running top 3 in crucible matches and get crap. One time not a single person got loot. Another time the last place guy got 2 exotics. It's just discouraging. I've had 5 legendary engrams turn to rare crap that's worse than what I have.

In fact I'm probably going to quit this game soon, just waiting for another new game to come out. I only play out of boredom now. If I were steadily leveling up so that I could play all the strikes and raids and everything that would be a different story, but this is just a time waster now.

Finding a very rare purple drop and then having a very rare chance for it being a purple item seems ridiculous. Poor design move.
