In Game Trading
This game is awesome, but I'm sure that almost everyone on here as at least one piece of gear for a different class. so they should try and implement a trading system. I don't normally post things, so i don't know how this works but if you agree add why, get this post and others up there so bungie can see it. and if you know something that should be in this game, make a goddamn post. thanks for everyone who got this far. :)

2 RepliesEdited by subaqueousReach: 9/26/2014 9:43:41 AMSo trading has been discussed time and time again and it usually boils down to having a more negative impact than positive in most peoples eyes. 1. The primary issue with trading is that clans could exploit this to power gear their lesser equipped members. This would essentially allow players to skip a good portion of content and would take away from a lot of the game. 2. The reason you acquire items for different classes occasionally is to encourage you to try the other classes. For example I main as a Warlock Sunsinger, but I also play a Hunter Gunslinger and a Titan Defender. There is no economy in Destiny and in my opinion (and many others, like I said this has been discussed a lot) that is a good thing.

you get gear for your next character, you can build one of each class... Every game I have played with an economy like that is ruined, people just buy gear so they look like they earn it... you are the one that doesn't see the big picture Sir.

3 RepliesIt wouldn't work, people would just start farming exotics and legendaries and selling them, it would ruin the games economy.

I agree, that's what I thought the whole gear level was for, so if you have gear to a low level they couldn't wear it, I thought that was the point with the gear level

I made a post about this on the reddit. I would love this idea. My opinion is we would only be able to trade gear and weapons. Inventory trading will not be an option. When we trade weapons and armor they could only be traded with an item of the same rarity. Exotics for exotics, rare for rare, etc. Bungie could come up with other limits, if need be.

Well sorry to tell you this but this being your first post this is an awful topic because it brings alot of negativity lol. But I agree they should atleast add in a class only trade system for armornof anothers class.
