How do you stop getting the same gear?
I've been trying to get the manifold seeker armor for my warlock and still haven't gotten it. Yet whenever i get an engram or find something laying on the ground it's the same freeking armor I've been getting since forever. I still get the same gear, and im stuck at level 20 because of that. Anyone know what to do. I'm starting to get ticked at the loot system.

You are running into the same problem I had when I hit 20 which was always getting level 16-17 gear. If you want to get higher level drops from engrams/drops/end of pvp/missions, you have to raise your level because it's your level that determines the level of gear you get to drop. So basically, you need to actually upgrade your blue gear to get higher level drops to drop. Don't worry about the stats on your gear like discipline, strength or intellect, but only pay attention to light. Once you get 25-26 then start caring about the secondary stats. Also, upgrading your weapons doesn't increase your level - only the light stat on armor increases the level. Once you upgrade your gear you'll notice much more higher level gear starts dropping.
