DO NOT ADD PvP MAP VOTING-VETOING
Of all the bad suggestions (although there are some diamonds in rough) this ought to be the worst one.
I want variation in my DESTINY. I want to play and adapt on all available maps!
After all these years playing shooters this is the first one that I love all PvP content.
Im buying the two expansions solely for Crusable.
Bungie do not ruin my fun. DO NOT ADD MAP VOTING OR VETOING!

1 ReplyThis has been a serious problem for me in Halo Reach and Halo 4. With the option to vote for the map, I found myself constantly playinh on Haven on Halo 4 and a selection of 2 maps in Halo Reach kept getting picked. I like having random selection of the maps so the variety in map selection actually maintains itself

1 ReplyI think they should allow players to create their own lobbys with friends as well as anyone who wants to join and let people choose their own maps with their own created lobbys and have the regular Destiny Cruicibles that you que in for just rotate the maps every match.

They need to either add map vetoing or they need to sort out their map rotation. I played fire base Delphi 4 times in a row last night, then played shores or time twice, then back to fire base Delphi. You cannot say the map rotation is in any way good. I have played over 300 crucible games and have see the same map 3 times in a row too many times to keep count.

2 RepliesI'll agree as long as they fix the current system. So far in the game's I've played I'll either get the same map two or three times in a row or the same two maps over and over. If they can work the current system out then fine whatever, otherwise something needs to be implemented. Also I do understand what the one guy was saying playing clash on large maps can be undeniably frustrating one or two guys will camp a turret in the back. Most games hit the time limit as the match turns into a snipe campfest. But such is life in online mplayer.

Let the maps rotate on their own. It is just better that way. Battlefield 4 does it this way and it is perfect. Bungie do not even consider map voting or vetoing. Stupid idea. [u][/u]

Agreed, map voting would alienate the bigger maps and vehicle maps (most people I talk to don't like those much). Instead fix it to where we're not repeating the same maps over again. I'll play that crappy moon map once in a while, but not three in a row. Same with strike playlist, I keep getting Big Lumpy and it's driving me crazy.

I agree with this, I want to experience every map when I'm in the crucible, even the maps I don't like that much. I paid for the content, therefore I want to experience all of it, not what randoms in a lobby deem the most enjoyable. Sounds selfish of me, but I get to play all the maps and so would all of you.

If I'm not playing the same map over and over again I'm playing the same two maps over and over again. While we may claim RNG there are things that can be done to influence and add more variety. If that doesn't get done map voting/vetoing would at least possibly influence some variety.
