PS4 Exclusive gear

I have been trying to get the ps4 exclusive gear on my hunter I heard that it would just be at the vanguard quartermaster but it wasn't there, heard you got it from raid on mars but wasn't there I was wondering if anybody could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated thank you

Did you download the "app" (?) Which is in destiny's related link in the ps4 store? Then go to store next to postmaster and there they are? Idk ..
