I'm 26 and my girlfriend is 11
Is there any place we can go to level together? Seems like all the strikes are too hard for her cause of the 15 level difference.

How hard would it be for you to start a new character and reach her level. If you have a lvl 26 character already, then you know the game pretty well. Bang out a new character, get it up to her lvl, then you two can do missions together till you're able to switch back to your main character.
