The whinning stops November 3rd
Why does it stop then? Because all the cod tools will bail off destiny when the new cod comes out. Then all of us who love the game and the loot grind and explore aspects can enjoy vastly less whine in the forums. No more bungie owes me. No more bungie blah blah.

I'm 20 and have yet to touch the Crucible and I absolutely love Destiny. It does seem like the majority of the people complaining are the ones who are playing PvP.
