Something is seriously wrong with that. Guess I gotta go to the cave and sit there for a few hours. Playing strikes and grinding rep is a joke to get piss poor gear. This games loot system is TRASH

8 RepliesHow to properly farm the loot cave: 1. Find a bunch of bums shooting into it 2. Stand afk next to all of them 3. Watch netflix. 4. run in and loot every so often. footnotes: make sure you move around every 5 minutes or so as to avoid getting logged out check your screen at :00 and :30 of every hour. the warsat will fall down and flatten you. you may take some physical abuse from some of the farmers meleeing you in the face. chin up and stand tall.

1 ReplyI think Loot crate should sponsor the Loot cave. And all future Lootcrates should come in engram shaped box's. That way you can pretend your kids are the cryptarch. Hand them the box's and see what you get back in return. Chances of getting anything, very slim just like in the game.

4 RepliesI tried the loot cave for the first time tonight. It was ok loot but so boring I was about to quit. Then the announcement came that the Hive and Fallen were starting to fight or whatever. A second cave opened up right next to where 6 level 25+'s were farming. From this cave came a non stop barrage of Hive, and then from behind came a shit ton of Fallen. We had 2 Titan strikers, 2 void walkers and 2 sin singers. Too bad no arcblades. But the strikers and voidwalkers were generating enough orbs that the sun singers kept radiance up full time for like 5 minutes. Everyone just spamming grenades left and right and supers all over everything. When it finally ended there were engrams EVERYWHERE! Most fun I have had in the game yet. It lasts about 4-5 minutes in total I think. Way better than a warsat.

The thing is, I'm pretty convinced I get more valuable engrams playing the strikes. I usually get 4-5 blue engrams in addition to other valuables per strike, but the one time I watched and waited for engrams to drop by the cave, all I saw were green engrams.

People spend too much time complaining on how others play the game while they should just be playing the game. It seems the ones who are the most upset are the ones who really want to be involved in the farming. Grab your overalls and a trow make your paper boo boo. This game has enough ways to make coin and loot for everyone to start wetting their little panties. While your busy complaining they are still farming and others who could care less are still looting from strike and the crucible

He's killing a dozen or so enemies a minute, and I'm just running around shooting twice the amount of enemies everywhere else in the area. He wants to do it the boring way, that's his problem. 2 RepliesI figured the cave out. The Cryptarch is secretly forbideen by the Speaker (who's a minion of the Darkness) to decode engrams into decent items. This is the Speaker's way of controling how powerful the guardians get. The Cryptarch, being the cunning bastard that he is, discovered this cave where he actually stores all his cool items, away from the evil eyes of the Speaker. All he asks in return is for us to kill the Hive minions incessantly. Love the cave.

39 RepliesBoosting is the stupidest thing you could do in a game like this. I never boosted, instead I actually had fun, running around doing patrols and searching for chest and materials. Also guess what, without boosting I got 4 legendary 2 exotic titan armor pieces, 3 legendary and 1 exotic weapon on me. And I have 2 legendary warlock armor and a exotic hunter armor. And I had fun while getting this. Not the stale boring grindig you guys do...

1 ReplyFor some reason people hate it ... for me it give more drops than a strike , so its more worth my time and wait ... every 30 minutes theres a possible public event so thats rep and vanguard marks set.. Strike rewards hold nongood rewards exceot blues which i dont need.. So for me is the loot cave good or not
