Do Glimmer Items (Ether Seeds, etc.) increase Engram Drops?
I was told that the glimmer items (like the Ether Seeds, Black Wax Idols, and Blue Polyphages) help increase the odds of engrams being dropped from mobs. Just wondering if there is truth in the advice I was given for Legendary/Exotic item hunting
