Through the mercy and love of The Traveler I found two legendary engrams today, one of which turned into the Exotic rocket launcher Truth, awesome! The other turned into the AR Shadow Price, it had two perks and a max damage of 300. I looked at my Rocket launcher to compare, and it too has 2 perks and a max damage of 300. So why question is; What's the difference between legendary and exotic? Not only should a rocket launcher do more damage than an AR, but an exotic should do more than legendary. Is there some hidden perk exotics have? Or are they just harder to find than legendaries?
