I hope someone can shed a little light on maybe why or how this is happening, this first happened when I first got this game brand new and sealed, it gave me this error message and obviously this was a concern so I took it out, wiped it with a glasses cloth and stuck it back in the Xbox One, it worked so I didn't think much of it until the next day..tried another method and hard reset and that also worked..although it's happened frequently since then and since then I've done both methods until today..nothing is working and I can't figure out why..this is terrible because I love this game but this is starting to disheartened slightly /:
