EDIT: Questions have been answered. Also, spoilers ahead, so if you want to be suprised, dont read. When you receive your exotic bounty you get to choose between 3. I chose the one called "A Voice in the Wilderness". So the 1st step to it says "search loot caches on Mars for clues" Does that just means i look for chests, right? I just want to make sure im not wasting my time, ive opened about 10 chests, getting nothing, but resources and such. Any tips? Hints? Spoilers? Ive read that these exotic bounties have several steps, has any1 actually completed one? How many steps did it take? What was your reward? EDIT: just found the clue. Turns out its a talking gun. Now im on the 2nd step of the bounty called "A Recalcitrant Gun". Tells a little story how the gun says it wont be mistreated like every other gun, and that "[i]your ghost takes an instant dislike to the weapon[/i]" Tells you to bring the gun's frame to the gunsmith. You then enter the 3rd step of the bounty; "A Mournful Gun". Now i must wait for Xûr to come back to the tower to buy a "[i]Pristine Golden Age Ammunition[/i]" because apparently my talking gun is a drama queen and is "upset" Well, when Xûr gets here, i will edit. EDIT: so Xûr showed up in a different location than last week, fyi. I bought his pristine golden blah blah blah. Now i enter step 4 of my E-bounty. "A Pleased Machine Gun Frame". Easy imo, just need to kill 500 enemies with machine guns now, without using any rocket launchers, as they slow your MG progression. Well here i go.... EDIT: after completing my 500 machine gun kills, the gun now wants to say goodbye to the gunsmith, so off to the tower now.... Talked to gunsmith and apparently im done. Got a super good Machine Gun called "Super Good Advice". It does Solar damage, high rate of fire, and has a magazine of 58. Perk 1: almost all shots that miss will return to your magazine. Perk 2: kills with this weapon grant bonus damage for a short time Sounds badass, guna tear up some darkness now Kill em all Guardians.
