What do factions have in common? They all offer cool stuff. They all require time and investment in order to acquire said stuff. They all require Crucible marks. But what if I barely play Crucible? What if I prefer to patrol, explore, raid? What if instead of blasting fellow Gardians in the face, I'm actually out there trying to protect what's left of humanity? I'm limited to Vanguard. Not that there's no cool stuff at all, but I don't get the choice of aligning myself with a faction. Right now, it's my only disappointment.
