Rare Gear at Tower Shops?
Specifically are they sold by Banshee? Or does the Cryptarch even ever sell them?
I only ask because I have the Exotic Bounty for Pocket Infinity and I'm currently on the stage to dismantle 10 Rare or higher Fusion Rifles. After several hours I've managed to get my hands on just one, and I really don't fancy the thought of having to get nine more through pure chance.
I don't mind grinding gear but when its something this specific its a real chore to do. Hopefully they do sell them because if that's the case I'm just going to buy them off those two and dismantle them. If not then woe is me, LOL! Thanks in advance for any answers!

I've only seen the crpyarch sell a few rare engrams.

The Shipwright can sell Blue Ships but it's a rare occurance to appear.

The gun smith occasionally sells blue weapons. The Cryptarch doesn't sell Blue engrams though, don't know why.
