Engrams lost to the abyss of network errors

I recently was booted out from a Rumble game when it was finished, and did not get to participate in loot rolls because it timed me out on the server. To make things worse, I went to the Tower to turn in blue engrams (Primary Weapon and Special Weapon) but a "contacting destiny servers" message was across the bottom of the screen. When I clicked on my engrams to redeem them, nothing happened. I was then logged out with centipede error. Now I was able to get back to the tower, yet alas, MY ENGRAMS HAVE DISSAPEARED with nothing in my inventory to show for it. I would like the postmaster to refund these two engrams please. Thank you.
