Working and not playing.
Who all is working and thinking about playing? I have a full time job during the day but man this game is taking a lot of my brain power.

I'm in unemployment at the moment and play whenever I want...now I'm to the point where I've binged way too much and don't want to play as much

I feel your pain. Sort of. My fiancé and I don't currently live together so I manage to get a couple good hours each night. But I still feel ya.

I only get about an hour a night. I want to do strike missions but by the time I start one and get a good grove. I gotta shut it off. So I spend my time doing bounties and relishing in everyone else's story or crucible and pray (unsuccessfully ) to get some gear. . It's okay. I got Sundays for destiny and football.

11+ hours to and from work, wife who wants attention until she goes to bed, which depending on how much sleep I don't want might net me 2 hours of game time. The struggle is real!

I'm a teacher and all I can think about during the day is getting home after the gym to play

I can relate. Add parenthood to the mix and not playing the game until after your kids are in bed at 8pm. Ah, responsibilities...

8 RepliesPreach brother I work full time and just when I think I can pry victory from the jaws of defeat and get some play time the wife what the telly Jesus tap dancing christ I work a crappy job pay my taxes I can never get to my marital arts class due my work stopping at 7 and class starting at guess when 7 right now gaming is all I have she's at home all day and yes she dus stuff to but even with this she has way more down time than I do honest sware on my balls so please dear univers ley me play I got this on launch night and I'm only level 15 and chances are if I was on holiday she'd have me do other stuff my time of is never that it's just time for this poor sod to do other stuff for other people ARG!

1 ReplyMy wife and I own a pizza place, at which I find myself spending over 100 hours a week; our 6 month old daughter demands quite a bit of attention, and then there's everything else that makes life as busy as it is. I spend a lot of time wanting to play, and not much time playing...but I still have found time to hit level 20 in a week...amazing game

I'm in the same boat. After working a full day I still can't play, I am a full time student as well, all my thoughts are on shooting vex and running nexus!!!

I love leave my house at 7:30am and don't get back until 10 or 11pm most nights. Just waiting for some weekend downtime to play a lot

I have a part time job, so I can't complain. Once I finish my online class to become a CPhT (provided I pass it) I may get more hours, but right now I only work 18-22 hours a week.
