ghost shells
Does anyone know how to get new ghost shells? Do you buy them? Or are they unlocked throughout the story, or by revived dead ghosts? I've nearly finished the moon and have yet to come buy any.

16 RepliesI have found most if not all of the ghosts in Russia, and I haven't received a notification. Maybe if we find all of them in the game we receive a skin. I'm not sure about it though.
