As i was exploring on Venus around The Citadel, there are 2 Axis Minotaurs that were originally level ??. Now that i went back, i think after acquiring level 20, the Minotaurs become level 20 and after i defeated them, i went to the stairs behind them. Eventually i came across this weird beam of light that shoots all the way up into the sky, i have no idea what it is and i tried looking around the whole area for a clue but i had no luck.
