Hey, I was wondering how I could get in contact with Bungie in regards to getting me a new code for the Blacksmith shader. I redeemed it online on Xbox.com and it has not appeared yet at the postmaster after two days, while my other shaders and emblems appeared instantly. I have gone through a long chat session with Microsoft and it came down to them concluding that it was a faulty code as can be seen in a confirmation screenshot I have from within the chat session. Xbox support referred me here.
