Possible BUG issue! Can't upgrade uncommon and rare items! :(
Is anyone else having this issue?!
I have been playing for the last 3 days with out being able to upgrade any of my weapons or armor. I'm a level 23 now and have all rare weapons and gear so its pretty frustrating not being able to upgrade any of my gear to play the harder strike missions these past couple of days.
Any upgradeable items that I equip and level up (I get that plus sign next to the item) and so when i go into it and hover over the item, the plus (that allows me to press A upgrade) disappears and never allows me to upgrade the item. The item remains green and the damage/armor never goes up. This goes for every upgrade part for every item. Please let me know how to fix this. I can submit a video if that helps as well.

Edited by InsaneBase: 9/17/2014 10:06:11 AMDo you have enough weapon parts/armor thingamabobsuouneedfodyourclass (e.g. Hadronic Essence)? The damage/armor upgrades need those (check the tooltip for the upgrade) and you can't upgrade anything past these boosts if you haven't installed them. You get parts from deconstructing uncommon and above items. The special skills only cost Glimmer. Legendary and exotic gear need different upgrade items.
