You're probably logged into your xbox 360 account on bungie and linked it with that profile rather than your xbox one profile. So your codes essentially went to a different profile. Goodluck!! 1 ReplyEdited by Mrs_Nightglo: 9/18/2014 2:38:09 AM-How to ACTIVATE Codes- Log-in on Bungie.net, click your name/icon, go to Profile, at the top of the screen- go to codes, at the Right-side of every code that you have entered, there will be click-able text that says 'redeem now' or 'use now' (something like that), click it. Once you have used the code, it will update the date stamp on it! The new date stamp will be the current date that you actually activated it for in-game. Then, on your platform account (which must be linked to Bungie.net for any of this to work!) Start/Restart the game. Then travel to the City and speak with the postal vendor. After accepting your reward from the postal vendor, your items will appear in Tess's inventory for purchase of about 1 glimmer each. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE NOT LINKED YOUR PSN/XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT WITH YOUR Bungie ACCOUNT. Bungie cannot read your mind, you must link the accounts on Bungie.net, by providing the sign-in information to Bungie. To check if your accounts are properly linked, click on your name/icon, go to Profile, go to Settings at the top of the screen, then click on Linked Accounts on the left-middle of the screen. Your PSN/XBOX Live account(s) should be listed and match your appropriate account name(s) EXACTLY.
