I saw 4 people in game today with blue flames engulfing their heads in the Tower, I originally thought it was Bungie Team Members, based on their history in the Halo games, but apparently its a reward chance for the weekly heroic? I read on Reddit that its a chance drop by completing the weekly heroic, but they where all in the same clan, so did they complete it a million times for all 4 of them to have it? Wondering if its true... Anyone else see these around? Or did you get one?
