Clan Leader but no tags(HELP)

iv made a clan im the leader iv got over 10 people in it and they have the clan tags and name under their name.. but I don't nor do I got my tags.... help me please....

Hey u need to set it as ur group for playstation thru the app there is a link in ur groups that should say set as playstation clan
