Voice chat bug (voice too low) (PS4)

Edit 5: I'm just gonna scrap this whole thing because otherwise more idiots will flow in and I'm done with replying to them. Issue In-game voice chat volume too low. Game audio (music, SFX etc.) is too loud to hear other's speaking over voice chat except when literally nothing is happening. Conditions 1) Using the in-game voice chat 2) Headset connected to DualShock 4's 3.5mm jack 3) All audio comes through headset (Adjust Devices -> Output to Headphones -> All Audio) Attempted fixes All possible settings in the game and in PS4's system menu. Additional information The problem is only apparent in Destiny. No other game has too low voice chat volume. Headset does not adjust separete volume levels (voice chat or game audio) Problem persist through restarting the game, the system, reconnecting whatever is possible to reconnect. I've had it for the whole time after the game's launch. Issue is apparently happening to some who have a headset that's not connected through the controller's jack and can change voice chat / game audio volumes separately. Some don't experience this issue at all. So far no reports of this happening on Xbox. If Destiny had options to change different volume levels (music/SFX/voice chat/ambient sounds) or at the very least a setting for all the game's audio volume and voice chat volume, this problem could be partially solved through that. Edit: I'm still seeing replies suggesting that the "fix" to this bug in the game is using a headset that has separate volume controls for game and voice chat volumes. You have to understand - the difference is huge, it's like if there was a slider for chat / game volume in the options the voice was set to 10% and the game was set to 100%. Edit 2: Can someone confirm whether or not a headset that allows you to change voice chat / game volumes separately affects the in-game voice chat volume (separately of the other audio coming from the game)? Someone commented that it does not, saying that only the game's master volume can be changed.

 • It's psn's shoddy connections, destiny eats at your bandwidth and takes away from what's usually there for voice chat, cause as we all know, Sony has those stupid little bandwidth caps on your console~
