I feel like this game needs a trade system. Though if you were to trade a item to a lower level of course they could use it but it would help other players around your level if you have extra that your only going to trash anyways. You could send them a request through Xbox live and have them have to accept it. Then a button saying in the trade if they liked the item or not. Though this would not only help fire teams and players who connect irl but also it would be almost a currency that would be able to boost most players.
