So I redeemed all 3 Xbox Live codes that came in the Steelbook case (before firing up the game for the first time even). I've even redeemed them twice to make sure they took. (Since firing the game up and playing a bit; and yes, each one gave the "this code has already been used" error when I tried). I played through the first mission, got to the Tower. I talked to everyone, including the Special Acquisitions lady and the Postmaster. Neither of them have the Ghost Skin or extra Ship or the Player Emblem. Any ideas how I can get these? *confused*
