A friend of mine was doing math with the handcannons and he says that the increased power they offer is not worth the amount of kickback and decreased rate of fire. I personally love handcannons, and I often find myself immediately counteracting the kickback, ready for the next shot. My experience still does not dissolve his argument though. Does anybody else who is good at analyzing game weaponry know if handcannons have something for them that other weapons do not?
