Who to Contact Regarding Destiny DLC Issues?

So like an alarming amount of gamers, I'm having issues obtaining my Destiny DLC (both the Vanguard Armory as well as the Red Sparrow). I am playing it on an XBOX 360, I have entered the codes for both promotions, and neither is showing up. I know that the sparrow is supposed to be in your mail and the vanguard armory is available at lv 5. I even re-installed the game and still nothing. Any suggestions on who to contact so I can claim my bonuses. Microsoft or Bungie? Or should I just wait for a patch?
