Dereck Combow: that's not acceptable, I spent nearly 100 dollars on a game that was supposed to be availiable 5 hours ago, and it is not. Dereck Combow: So there are people who are more specialized in other areas than you, such as account information and tech support that are there as well? Daniel A.: That's why when a consumer request to speak with a supervisor they will need to contact us by phone in order for them to speak directly with the consumers. Robert from Gamestop support: "No just midday." me: "So at that time we will not get the error stating the code is invalid?" Robert: "Yes, it should work by then." me: "Robert, do you have a link or website where I can read this release?" Robert: "Yes, just go to the playstation network page, it should be there." ..... Playstation Network support chat has a wait time of 40mins, Phone is 45mins.
