Clan Membership Glitch! Bungie please fix! Error Code 657

Clan Membership Glitch! Bungie please fix! Error Code 657 Theres a glitch when Clan Membership is set to "Open to New Members, with Admin Approval" Nobody can join, even when I approve! A temporary workaround Im hoping will actually work is to set it to "Open to New Members, (no approval required)", however this doesnt give me very much control over my clan! This is an urgent issue that should be patched ASAP. Thanks! - True Reclaimer [PS4 True_Reclaimer] ReClaim Clan
Rise. Raid. ReClaim.
• Apparently, 3 years later, this is still a thing. We've approved countless players recently and have played with the person in question in Destiny. Any idea why it would still be giving us trouble with just this one person?

I FOUND A FIX! Kind of.. We had to log into a friends bungie account for him and set his psn to show up on his public profile, we were then able to accept him into the clan. Don't know if that'll work for everyone but it worked for us.

  • I'm still having that problem. Can't approve two friends, who have been playing a long time with us and used that Bungie.net-Profile for another clan. So it can't be empty, but it does show up as such, ergo, can't be approved.

  • Greetings! Are you still experiencing this issue? I see that the person in your screenshot, TheArcBeast, is now a member of both your group and the PSN Clan Platform for the group. Did it end up working for you?

My clan is having the exact issue and we are growing like crazy plus on top of it they cant see their gamertag or psn Clan name in game because they cant set their group to xbox or playstation getting other error codes besides "There was an error reviewing the invitation (657)" and so how do we expect to grow our clan in destiny if nobody can see our clan tag or name? HELP fix this asap!!! http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/227829

      • I think you and others have to play Destiny first to be in/get accepted to the clan.
