Welcome Guardian to the Light Bringers Alliance (especially those of you who heard about us from GAME) we're all anxiously awaiting the launch of Destiny which is at this time little more than 48 hours away. This is our first group announcement giving you all the info on the console specific clans and our plans for launch. Firstly we have set up an alliance of four clans each one representing one of the four platforms Destiny will be on at launch, each one Administrated by a representative of that console. "Light Bringers" will be the PS4 clan and Doubles as our main forum page, "Orchestra of Light" the Xbox 360 clan, "Burning Darkness" the PS3 clan and "Lightning Brands" the Xbox One clan. We recommend joining each group to give you access to their forum pages and then the console clan you plan on doing content with, this means that in game all of your fellow clan members will be visible without adding them to your friends list allowing you to easily find fellow players to enter the crucible or do raids with. Launch Timetable: Monday 8th: Midway through the day clan allocation will be turned on by Bungie allowing you to select your console group and become one of its clan members. This is the time to do so, perhaps whist your waiting for midnight launch or for the initial release install to complete. Once your in a clan you'll be able to receive Alliance ranked rewards and achievements/trophies for doing content with your fellow clan members. Tuesday 9th - Thursday 11th: Destiny is here! We've waited long enough, now's the time to enjoy it. Kick back, drink a beer and work your way through the story, take on a strike with friends or dive straight into multiplayer. Whatever your doing you'll be working your way towards the all important lv.20 and Raid Access. Friday Evening, 12th: Clan Mixer - Time to get to know your fellow clan members, join people you haven't met yet in your in-game clan list to run a boss strike or play a few multiplayer matches with then pick a few different guys. This will give each of us an idea of who we work well with and what groups you might like to do dungeon raids in. Saturday 13th - Sunday 14th: Those of us who feel we are ready will group up and take our first blind steps into hard strikes (if one is available as they will be time accessible) to see what horrors (and rewards) await us, we'll most probably all die on our first attempt but we'll learn what it takes to truly become a "legend" in destiny. Monday 15th: The Group Debate - We'll reconvene on the Light Bringers Forum to talk about launch week. Our thoughts on game modes, enemies, weapons and the like will benefit everybody. Tuesday 16th: The Vault of Glass can be broken into beginning on September 16th, thoe its unlikely enough of us will of reached level 25. We will probably have to prepare for quite a while to see what lies behind that giant door on Venus. There will of course be launch week stuff Bungie is planning so keep your eyes peeled on the Forums for updates of Bungie Special Events and In-Game info.
