Haha... I just watched the Live Action Trailer...Exceptional by the way, and thought every class was represented excellently each with their own awesome scene...Seeing the hunter teleport/blink though made me wonder...
The Warlock gets the blink ability in his first skill tree, the hunter gets a blink in his second skill tree...But the titan remains with the same exact jump abilities in both the first and second subclass...Where is the love Bungie
Not saying I wish for the titan to have a blink ability per say...but I'm just sincerely hoping that there is in fact a third subclass for each character and that the titan will recieve a special jump ability as well, and was wondering if anyone else felt the same...

The catapult-shoulder charge is op. I love it. The speed from catapult allows you to trigger shoulder charge right after so you can spam the jump button twice then melee to go flying across the map. It also works as a really good thruster if getting shot at or to charge someone.
-
I know you didn't ask for Titan blink blink, but I cringe at the thought of a Titan teleporting Into a shoulder charge (by far the most op part of crucible)
-
Titan us already overpowerd!
-
The blink ability is shockingly hard to use.. dont try and get it for the titan... they need to look at dishonoured for a proper blink move. I went back to glide for my warlock
-
If you think about it, Titan shouldn't be able to blink. A hunter is supposed to be agile, blink provides that, warlock is a magic user, He jumps through dimensions. Titan is a tank. But Still I wouldn't mind.
-
There's been a hole for the third subclass since beta, it'll come out when they want it too. I'd prefer there not be a blink type jump on Titan anyhow, the classes are already similar enough, if you want the blink play the classes that have it.
-
Coming from a warlock - blink isn't that great. PVE more than anything, and even then you literally come out short to wherever you are going
-
I don't think it matters, the best possible advantage in the game is to have total movement control, glide, triple jump, and ...whatever titans use jetpacks, > blink. Being able to use terrain both above and below will be better. Plus if it makes you feel better blink will prob be a cool down, where you can jetpacks again and again as soon as you land
-
Blink is boring and overrated in all honestly.. Im just gonna be gliding everywhere.. Screw small teleports.. Hunters blink btw? Is just a triple jump with a cool down :/
-
I have a hunch the Catapult modifier is going to be pretty epic.
-
I actually love the titans jump. I don't feel like a ton of other stuff is necessary for it. The defender subclass gets a lot of other cool stuff to make up for it. For pve stuff I feel the warlock has the best jump though
-
Titans are built for power, not agility. Their skill trees reflect that. I don't think it needs to be changed at all. If you make a tank agile, it becomes OP.
-
Deej confirmed no 3rd subclass in one of the weekly updates.
-
I am sure warlock lost blink
-
Catapult is awesome - don't take that away. Let them keep their blinks/teleports.
-
Did you see his charge attacks? I think an extra attack is well worth the blink trade. Imho.
-
My friend, as a Titan myself I believe we don't need a teleport ability. I mean, why teleport past the enemy, when we can instead just punch a hole through the enemy. Leave the cowardly movement patterns to the lesser classes eh? Haha realistically I think the Titans movement ability is the best. I found I was able to get better height and range than the other 2 classes. While another option would be nice, I feel that I'll spend so much time in the thick of battle that I won't really need another movement ability.
-
I feel like if Titans had the ability to blink-jump, nobody would want to play the other two classes. That simple ability alone alongside their other abilities and intense armor rating would put that class over the top and into the 'OP' section.
-
There is the directional jump maybe you didn't play long enough to master this maneuver, most people complained when they seen it done that there clad could not move like that and it was not clumsy !
-
Titans are much too clumsy for all that.
-
This would make going though the first raid area better for Titans since everything switches at any given moment.
-
Anyone else notice at the end of the live action trailer that the titan fell down the hole faster. Oh yeah... one love. #titan
