You can already sparrow joust by boosting head first at each other. Totally worked in the beta just think you need to be in a fire team. First one to get flipped loses. They can take damage and explode but it took a while, maybe play after one melee hit to your sparrow? Best played near cliff edges or drops into water, also some parts of the canyons are perfect half pipes for it.
