Just curious to see if anyone might have an answer to this one, i know if u get the 360 version and then upgrade to the ONE version u can just continue as u were but on new console, but i have a mate who is planning to get Destiny on the ONE, but since most of his friends (myself included *cries*) don't have a ONE yet he is graciously planning on buying for both consoles to be able to play with us but still enjoy the ONE graphics, my question is, will he be able to use just the one set of characters across both consoles, for example: Him: playing ONE Destiny solo, I come online on 360 version, will he literally be able to save, turn off ONE turn on 360 and pick up where he left off with me?

Edited by SGT FURY: 9/4/2014 5:23:31 AMI played the beta on 360 & XB1 and seamlessly went back and forth with my guardian on both systems. I'm also buying for both consoles, so I think the retail version will work the same way. Regarding Limited and Ghost Editions content, it's believed that anything you can put in inventory will transfer, such as the red skin for your ghost. But it's not looking like the Expansion pass will transfer. Nothing has been announced and previous cross buys for other games like Ghosts and Battlefield 4 were announced months in advance.

I was wondering when I get my xboxone 1tb advanced warfare version if I need to buy destiny for the xboxone or do I just transfer my character to the xboxone without having to go buy a new destiny xboxone version of the game? cause i have pre-ordered the limited edition destiny for the xbox360.

I have wondered about the same thing, I have both One and 360 but alot of my friends hasn't gotten one yet but I still want to play with them. We'll just see how it goes, I'm also curious about limited editon and pre-order ingame content and expansion packs
