I love khakis, but I disagree with him on this one. I think that after reading the special abilities on the legendary gear, I understand that they aren't a higher tier than legendary, they are at the same level with unique abilities. Most of these abilities play on an individual subclass or ability. They are meant for specializing in one area. And I think the reason for the lack of super soldier ability comes form bungie to force teamwork. This way you can't have an extra grenade, half speed melee cool down and 2 abilities on your super all at once.

The one gold armor and weapon thing is probably so we dont have free agent raiders that come in and make the raids really easy for others
