Mind would have to be the calming effect it had on me and the rush I got from FPS multiplayer. My love started in HS mainly when I got Halo 2 and hooked up to XBC. I pumped so many hours into that game it was unreal. I could've had a bad day at school or been really mad about something but when I played....everything just vanished. To this day it still has that effect on me which is why I continue to play. All throughout the military I used it to unwind and calm myself down. How about everyone else here?

I have a 360 but I never play it, only reason why I have it is because my friend sold it to me for 30 bucks. It's nice to have all three types though.

Edited by blackyuubi08: 8/27/2014 12:06:30 AMPlaying my snes distracted me from the bs around me as a kid and games kept me out of trouble as I got older. Beyond that it also had a calm effect like u spoke about. It brought me and my friends together and most of the time told an amazing story

Banjo Kazooie for the N64 got me into gaming. But what really kinda got me gaming a good amount was playing GTA3 on the PS2 with buddies and just seeing how many stars you could get and how long you could go without getting arrested or dying. We were only like 9 years old, it was awesome.
