Ur kinda taking this too seriously, if u don't want to do match made raids, fill your fireteam with your friends, and then queue for a raid. However, I do believe that in order to queue for a raid, you need to be a certain skill level for that raid, and mics have to be on, and you cannot be in a chat party, meaning you have to talk to your fireteam in that raid.
